We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of new housing projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee and coordinate all project activities, including site logistics, procurement, and construction.
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and building codes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful project management in the housing development sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Full UK driving licence.
