A design driven and sustainability minded residential developer based in Nottinghamshire are looking for an experienced Architect to lead their internal design team.They company employ over 150 staff and have enjoyed strong continued success with ambitions to keep growing, driving forward their ethos within the construction industry.
The Architect will lead a small team and be responsible for leading projects across all RIBA stages. You will work closely with Internal construction teams.
Ideally you will have at least 10 years post part 3 experience and hold good Revit and AutoCAD skills. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate capabilities of leading their own projects from inception through to completion and managerial capabilities.
As the Architect here, you will be the face for the division, attending events and working closely with stakeholders.
The salary is looking to pay in the region of £60,000-£65,000 plus 25 days leaves, excellent bonus, salary sacrifice schemes, discounted food and gym memberships, cash health plan and more.
