Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager – New Build Housing
Location: Middlesbrough
Contract: Freelance | Full-Time | Immediate Start
Rate: £280-£300 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to specification.

• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.

• Liaising with project managers, architects, and inspectors.

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control.

• Keeping accurate records of site progress and reporting regularly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing new build housing projects.

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards effectively.

• Knowledge of building regulations and NHBC standards.
