Site Manager – Holiday Cover for New Build Housing Site in Earby

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide 1 day holiday cover at a new build housing development in Earby. This is a great opportunity to oversee a key phase of the project and ensure smooth progress during the absence of the existing management team.

Details:
- Position: Site Manager (Holiday Cover)
- Location: Earby
- Rate: £25/hour

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing new build housing projects
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent health and safety knowledge
- CSCS card and relevant certifications

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Ensure project quality and safety standards are maintained
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders as needed
