Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Are you ready to join a renowned and diverse AJ100 award-winning architectural practice in the heart of London? Do you have a track record of success in working on large-scale healthcare projects? We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect eager to embark on an exciting new chapter with a prestigious London practice.
The Senior Architect will ideally have the following attributes:
- A degree or diploma qualification in Architecture, must be Part 3 qualified.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the healthcare sector.
- Experience working directly with the client, contractor and multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Good conceptual and technical design skills
- Knowledge of UK Building regulations and RIBA stages
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- The right to work in the UK.
The responsibilities of the Senior Architect role include:
- Developing the conceptual side of the design with an extensive source of inspirational ideas.
- Leading design projects across all RIBA stages.
- Produce reports, drawings, schedules and specifications
- Visit site and coordinate with others
- Effective communication with clients, suppliers, and the design team.
- Attending client meetings, trade fairs, and supplier meetings.
