Role: Technical Project Leader
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type: Permanent
Location: East London
Are you a talented Architectural Technologist ready to step into a Technical Project Leader role and advance your career to the next level? We are collaborating closely with an AJ100 Architectural firm that is strategically hiring a Technical Project Leader. The successful candidate will have experience in refurbishments and remediations of existing buildings, managing projects from inception through to completion on-site.
The Technical Project Leader should ideally possess the following attributes:
- A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology.
- 3-4 years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in producing packages using stages 3 and 4.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
- The right to work in the UK.
