Assistant Site Manager/Finishing Foreman

Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Foreman looking for your next opportunity?

We are seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join our client's team on a residential construction site in Ipswich. You'll play a crucial role in overseeing the finishing stages of 90 traditional build homes, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.

This is a long term position starting as soon as possible and running until December.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in daily operations and site management tasks.
- Supervise finishing work on-site to ensure it meets project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to maintain workflow and site safety.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Help manage the site team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular site meetings and communicate progress with stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- CSCS card holder.
- Proven experience in residential construction, particularly in finishing phases.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
