Description

We are partnered with an expanding Architectural studio based in Sunderland who have an opening for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic and progressive team. 

Our client, have an excellent reputation across the Northeast, including venturing further across the UK, having built up and retained an excellent repeat client base. 

They work across a wide range of sectors, that include: Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Logistics - All Revit based. 

The team are great, highly collaborative and always keen to push their ideas. As an Architectural Technologist here, you will be the go to Technical guru, with involvement across all RIBA stages. 

You will need at least 3 years UK based industry experience and ideally a degree in Architectural Technology or registered with CIAT. 

Our client invest heavily in their staff and can offer a great chance to complete your MCIAT. 

The salary will pay up to £40,000 plus a good company package.
