Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temp to Perm Housing Site Manager in the Sheffield area. This role is due to start late March and requires someone with a detailed housing background.
The project:
- Crica 45 plots
- + apartment block
- + commercial units
Experience required:
- Must have in date and relevant tickets – CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Must have detailed housing Site Management background
- Must have some commercial experience
- Must have strong organisational and communication skills
Job duties:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations
- Organise and manage subcontractors on site
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress
- Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations
