We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic team and take a leading role in the redevelopment of a large hospital in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of on-site operations, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and delivering the project on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain a productive and safe working environment.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any construction-related issues efficiently.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.

• Drive quality control, ensuring all work meets industry and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably on Tier 1 schemes.

• Strong understanding of hospital or healthcare-related construction is highly desirable.

• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management best practices.

• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are essential.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
