Job Opportunity: Site Manager (Social Housing)
Location: Merton & Bromley | Contract: 3+ Months | Competitive Daily RateWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the management of two large social housing sites in Merton and Bromley. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with the potential to make a meaningful impact on the delivery of high-quality external works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across two large social housing sites.
- Supervise and coordinate external works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in external works, including cladding, roofing, landscaping, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social housing projects and their unique requirements.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
