Position: Assistant Site Manager
Location: Sunderland, Tyne and Wear
Hourly Rate: £26 per hourAre you an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team on a new build housing development in Sunderland. If you have experience managing CML processes and ensuring compliance with NHBC standards, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating CML (Completion of Mortgage Lender) processes.
- Ensuring all construction work meets NHBC requirements and quality standards.
- Supervising trades and subcontractors to ensure timely project progress.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.
- Providing regular updates to the Site Manager and addressing any project challenges.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience on new build housing developments.
- Strong understanding of NHBC standards and CML handover processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams effectively.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to site management.
