Job: Site Manager – High-Spec Housing
Location: Darlington
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 (Depending on Experience)About the Role
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time and to budget.
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on-site.
- Ensuring quality control and compliance with design specifications.
- Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing new build housing projects, ideally with high-spec developments.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- A solid understanding of construction processes and regulations.
- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
- A proactive approach and the ability to solve problems effectively.
