Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Manager with the preparation and processing of invoices and payments.
• Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.
• Reconcile accounts and track project expenses.
• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
• Handle queries from clients and suppliers regarding financial transactions.
• Support with weekly payroll.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.

Skills & Experience:

• A basic understanding of finance and accounting principles (education in accounting/finance is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working in a finance based role ideal but not essential.
