We are working with a company based in Dudley, who are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise in estimating and procurement will be invaluable as you navigate through the complex landscape of the building industry, particularly with cladding projects. This is predominantly an office-based position, but it will also involve occasional site visits to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage cost estimates and procurement strategies for projects involving cladding.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide advice on contractual and financial matters, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
