Job: Senior Landscape Architect
Location: Surrey
Term: Permanent
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum dependent on experience
We are currently looking for an experienced Landscape Architect with a strong background in landscape planning and design to join our client’s award-winning architecture studio in Surrey. This opportunity is with a renowned multi-disciplinary architectural and landscape practice recognised for delivering large-scale residential developments and a diverse range of exciting projects.
This role has become available as our client continues to grow their landscape team, driven by a healthy pipeline of upcoming projects. You will collaborate closely with a talented team of architects, urban designers, and technicians to deliver landscape-led development projects for national and regional housebuilders across the South and East of England.
The Senior Landscape Architect will ideally have the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
- Chartered status with the Landscape Institute (CMLI), ideally with 2+ years of post-chartership experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- A strong portfolio showcasing landscape planning and design achievements.
- Experience preparing and managing Design and Access Statements.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and highly skilled in delivering landscape-led projects.
- A valid UK driving license with the willingness to travel for site visits.
