Job Title: Architect
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: West London
We are currently working with a highly recognised AJ100 multidisciplinary architecture firm, renowned for their work across leisure, commercial, educational, and healthcare sectors throughout the UK.
The firm boasts a creative diverse team, including specialists in architecture, interior design, landscape, and more, with a strong emphasis on collaborative working. They believe this approach is key to delivering impactful and innovative projects.
You’ll be joining the healthcare team, where a background in healthcare or a genuine interest in and understanding of the sector is highly desirable. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented designers from across the UK and internationally.
You’ll contribute to creating flexible, people-cantered environments, ranging from minor ward refurbishments and infrastructure projects to large-scale new build facilities and comprehensive estate masterplans!
The ideal Architect will have the following attributes:
- Degree in Architecture and RIBA Part 3 qualified or ARB registered
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the UK within an architecture practice working across RIBA stages.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations.
- Be able to demonstrate extensive technical knowledge and experience.
- Creativity and enthusiasm, with proven design capabilities and a passion for the field.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Cloud, AutoCAD, or NBS Building
