Our client work across the globe as a leading multi-displinary business with 9 UK based offices all performing exceptionally well. They are a sustainability driven business that work across most sector typologies, but best known for their urban residential, education and healthcare work - all high-end.
Due to further growth out of their modern Manchester city centre offices, they are looking to add another experienced Architect into the Healthcare team. The successful candidate will gain autonomy to lead healthcare projects across all RIBA stages with the help of a tight knit smaller team, including a highly seasoned healthcare director who's passion holds certain infectious and is a safe hand to support!
Career development is there to take with this firm, as they look to organically grow as a business and you would gain the option to either specialise as an Healthcare Architect longer term or diversify across other sectors. You will find a lot of Architects and Technologists at this company have progressed from junior roles, having spent years here that holds good credit to the company. They have invested heavily in creating an environment that should suit most. The expectation is to productively work your working hours, without any unrealistic deadlines and excessive workload. Quality is everything here.
The ideal candidate will have three years post part 3 experience, good Revit skills an awareness of BIM. Exposure or ability to work across all RIBA stages is essential.
