Role: Interior Designer
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Type: Permanent
Location: South-West London
We are working with a British based, award-winning residential interior design studio renowned for their exciting contemporary style. They are currently seeking an experienced interior designer to join their growing team, as they have an exciting pipeline of projects that requires additional support.
This is an opportunity to work with a client-focused studio that creates distinctive and elegant interiors across the UK, including country homes, family residences, luxury apartments, and penthouses.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in space planning, experience across all stages of the design process, and an excellent understanding of bespoke furniture. You should be skilled in working with refurbishment projects, producing contemporary and elegant interiors.
The Interior Designer will ideally have the following attributes:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in the interior design industry, showcasing a diverse portfolio of successful projects.
- Strong understanding of FF&E specification, fabrics, and textiles, with a keen eye for detail in material selection and textural palettes
- Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, or similar related field
- Previous experience in a client facing role is required
- Strong technical skills in Vectorworks, Photoshop and SketchUp.
- Confident in managing own projects, working independently and under supervision.
- Experienced at delivering all stages.
- Knowledge of UK & international suppliers, with an interest in building these relationships and developing our clients library.
