Role - Midweight Interior Designer
Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type - Permanent
Location – Central London
My client are a well-known Interior Architecture and Design studio; looking to take on an experienced Midweight Interior Designer on a permanent basis in London. You will get the chance to work on award-winning hospitality projects including restaurants, bars and hotels.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and developing drawings, materials, and mood boards to support project designs, as well as conducting site visits to ensure projects align with the intended design and development plans while working closely with the Senior Designers.
You will also attend client meetings, trade fairs, and supplier meetings to build relationships and stay updated on industry developments.
The Midweight Interior Designer will ideally have the following attributes:
- Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or Textile Design
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ post graduate experience in high-end residential, hospitality or retail design
- Experience working as an all-rounder designer
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency with one of AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent knowledge of bespoke cabinetry, bathroom and FF&E finishes, sourcing, specifying, drawing and procurement
- Be keen to develop as part of a dynamic team long term
