Description

Linear are working alongside a growing housebuilder in West Yorkshire looking to hire an Assistant Quantity Surveyor 

Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Ideally has experience of using COINS
  • Knowledge of building regulations and legislation requirements
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong cost management and budgeting skills
