Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations and managing subcontractors.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager in the new build housing sector; experience with timber frame and open market housing is ideal.
