CONTRACT ROLE - OUTSIDE IR35 - ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
ASAP START - Potential to be longer term
40 HOURS PER WEEK
Stage 4 detailing work for an Architectural studio based in Birmingham. The projects will vary between education, residential and data centres.
Great rates available and outside IR35. Ideally 1-2 days in the office required.
Laptop, VPN and Revit license all provided.
Ideally you will have at least 5 years UK based experience with strong technical detailing and Revit skills being an essential.
