As a Site Administrator, you will be the backbone of our operations, providing essential administrative support to our site teams. Your role will involve:- Managing site documentation and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
- Assisting with procurement processes and inventory management
- Coordinating communications between site teams and the office
- Supporting project managers with scheduling and logistics
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environmentWhat They’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and has excellent communication skills. While experience with the Procore system is preferred, it is not essential. More importantly, we value your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a site administration or similar role within a construction company
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
